GAZA STRIP: Egypt Closes Border [3 february 2008]

Egyptian troops sealed the Gaza-Egypt Border after Cairo and Hamas reached an agreement on Saturday to control the border. Tens of thousands of Palestinians flooded into Egypt after an Israeli blockade of the region produced a substantial humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
